Chair is perfect for college student doing hours of work at desk. Took one star off because the wheels were so hard to put on. I called the 1-800 twice. The first told me to keep trying or ask for a replacement chair to sent. Called again and the 2nd customer support rep said to hold the wheel lined up with the spoke the rock the wheel back and forth while pushing it in. The trick worked. Frustrated having to spend so much time getting the wheels in but chair is well used and liked.

This chair is so comfortable. The item actually came within 2 days and I it wasn't too hard to put together. The seat is very cushioned for long sitting time. Really a great purchase.
