For a bargain office chair this meets all expectations. I just wish the box had said the chair was white- it shows marks easily especially with a toddler running around. Still it was easy to assemble and we have had no issues with it.

We love this chair and bought 3 of them when they were on sale. They are super comfortable and easy to put together except for the wheels. The casters were frustratingly difficult to get in on all three assemblies. Other than that this chair would get 5 stars!
