Two stars is for the nice look & feel and price. It didn't earn the remaining 3 stars because the cushion isn't firm. My daughter complains her bottom hurts and can't sit for long in her online school. I also tried and I couldn't sit for more than an hour. My bottom literally feels touching the seat pad
