I am 4 ft 10 in. The chair provides me with good back support. The chair does not go down far enough for me. My heels dangle a little. It's difficult to find a chair that goes down. Had to buy a foot rest. But it's comfortable enough. The arms of the chair are too low and there is no way of adjusting them.
