It would have been nice to have a large sign on the box indicating the color. We wanted a black chair and didn't realize this was white until opening the box. The blame is 50/50 but the display at the store was black so we assumed black was in the box. Easy to assemble and does the job despite not matching the computer work space.

After sitting in the chair for a short time it starts to get hard and it seems to slant a bit forward. Otherwise it's not such a bad chair for the price. It swivels really nice and adjusts well
