We were buying an inexpensive chair for a conference room that would not get used much. So they are GREAT for the money. I was not expecting them to come in a million pieces. It took some VALUABLE time to assemble 8 chairs. I was hoping to put the top on the base and pop in the casters. But all in all they look great and are going to be good for our purpose.

It's fine. It's okay. I wish it had some lumbar support but I guess you can't have everything you want at the lower end of the price range. I do love how easily it rolls...good wheels.
