Usually short people have a hard time with computer chairs due to our feet not touching the floor. Anyone with back issues should consider purchasing this chair as it's style molds into your back. I am so happy to also have my feet flat on the floor. Thank you
I received my chair last week and assembled it right away. Some of the other reviews stated issues with installing the casters. 3 of mine went right in and the other 2 just required lining them up straight and putting pressure on the flat part of the caster to push it in. It really wasn't that bad at all. The rest of the setup was simple and the instructions were easy to understand. Parts are sectioned out and easy to identify. The chair is stylish and comfortable. Even my wife thought it was a good looking chair and comfy. I highly recommend this for home use and a great buy at under $100.
I ordered this chair after the wheels on my old one kept coming off. Though I was apprehensive at first to assemble the chair independently it proved to not be so terrible. The hardest part was getting the casters into the holes. I am very happy with the finished product. I bought the gray/white one which matches my office chair. It is very stylish neat and comfortable. I am pleased with my purchase.
Look at mesh back before assembling; wheels are a pain

Seems to be a nice sturdy comfortable well working chair for the price point. Have only been using a week so can’t speak to durability yet. I chose this chair because it came in white and the white/light grey combo brightens my office space considerably. Just two issues; before unpacking anything else check the mesh back for damage. Mine had a small hole right along the edge on one side but by the time I discovered it the chair was mostly assembled; no way I could have repackaged everything. I would have had to return it to store assembled. Thankfully I have a good supply of craft/sewing supplies and was able to camouflage it. Secondly as so many others have mentioned the wheels are harder to get on than any other piece of wheeled furniture I have ever put together. This is a design flaw Union and Scale needs to fix. Finally got them in by flipping the base upright and pounding hard from the top with a rubber mallet and towel in between so I did not scratch anything.
