I have never put anything together before and this was easy!! The directions with the separate packaging for each step was great!! The chair is so comfortable with lumbar support and cushy seat. The chair is very well made. I expect it to last for years. I'd definitely buy this product again.

Good looking chair BUT the casters are EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to put on. They need to redesign this part of the chair it shouldn’t be this difficult and frustrating.

As of writing this review I've been using this chair for about one week. It was pretty easy to assemble (I was able to do it on my own). In terms of comfort it's pretty good for long hours. I can already feel my back hurting a bit less. That said you get what you pay for and I'm not sure how long it'll hold up. The white and grey combination looks very sleek in my home office — a step up from boring black task chairs — which is a plus!
