This is a basic no-nonsense office chair that is comfortable and does the job. There are three adjustments: height tilt tension and upright tilt lock. That's it. You can't adjust seat tilt or position lumbar support back tilt locking position or arm heights. Some may find the seat feels to be tilted forward so try it out for fit before buying it. Otherwise the chair is very comfortable to sit in. The shaped fabric back provides basic broad lumbar support. The wheels glide easily on a smooth floor. If you don't want arms just leave them off. Assembly is straightforward and a breeze if you've put together similar chairs before. Pro tip: make use of the box as an assembly stand.
