Arrived complete and in good shape as described. Easy and quick to assemble. White frame and arms with light gray mesh back and fabric seat cushion. The arms are not adjustable. Chair adjusts up and down fine. I can’t get the tilt to work at all. The seat cushion is comfy for a few minutes but quickly flattens out to become hard and uncomfortable. Ok for sitting in a few min at a time not for all day office use.

I have a 65-year old bony butt so so need a chair cushy enough so my bones never rest on the hard wood. That may be a lot to ask. This chair makes me want to get up if I sit in it for half an hour. I wish I had gotten one with thicker foam. It slides very well and can be adjusted low enough so I can sit at a first grade table.
