Did not work out of the box. After hours with tech support the recommendation was to ship it back, wait until it was received by Best Choice Products, and they would ship a replacement. It was Christmas present and would not have been received until January. Still waiting on refund.

Bought a used a few times and I’ve been struggling for a year to get it to work again. Won’t charge and whenever you turn the wheels the lights flash and that’s it.
300$ piece of garbage

My son LOVES his truck! No complaints except for one thing...i think we were sent the wrong grill because there was now way it fit infront of the car. We spent quite some time trying to figure it out till we finally just gave up. The truck still looks cool without it but it would've looked badass with it. I let it be. My son still loves his truck though.

The remote control does not stay paired with the Jeep..: that is our only complaint! You have to unscrew the back of it and remove the batteries to restart the pairing process... it’s really annoying! Our son is to short to drive it himself just yet! The Jeep itself is really neat and easy to put together.
