The product works great, only the remote is no longer working. I contacted BCP and they were no help. I asked for a replacement remote and there was no response. My son loves the product only he can’t use it.

Seems like nice quality but battery and or electrical seem to have an issue. Car will randomly shut down them he has to restarted it again. Battery strain after 5 minutes of riding. We have a two year old Mickey car also made by same company and it runs well and holds charge better than new Jeep.

This vehicle was missing washers and bolts when putting it together, had to go to Lowe’s just to complete. Also scratches on the hood and doors. After my daughter got in the Jeep it barely has enough power to go through the yard. It will only drive on a hard surface. It also won’t hold a charge longer than 15-20 minutes. I was excited when purchasing both jeeps so that both kids would have something exciting from Santa but have been very disappointed. Would not recommend this to anyone else.

Did not work out of the box. After hours with tech support the recommendation was to ship it back, wait until it was received by Best Choice Products, and they would ship a replacement. It was Christmas present and would not have been received until January. Still waiting on refund.
