Arrived put together. Would not charge. Had to chat because they are not taking calls due to COVID. FINALLY GOT A RETURN label. Sent back never got any communication that received returned jeep. Had to chat again. Currently still waiting on refund going into week 2.
The jeep is a bit small but good for my 4 year old and the speed is nice. The jeep seems to go pretty well on the grass too. The only issue we have is after putting the jeep together and presenting it to my 4 year old for his birthday, we discovered the pedal was sticking. You have to push in just the right spot to make the jeep run and at times the pedal will just stick down and my son can not get it to go at all. Currently trying to send it back and get a refund but customer service is very slow in responding.
It was a hit for my 3 year old. Working radio and horn. When it’s turned on engine revs. I love I have a remote if I need to help or time for her I can! Added decal to make it a bigger hit
Have had this for about 2 months now and the charge seems to last a bit longer than 2 hrs even at the max speed. Riding seems smooth and just enough give on the suspension to have that authentic rock crawler feel. Instructions were fairly easy to follow, only problem I had was when installing the steering wheel you need another hand to push the rod up to get the pin in. Features like the lights, radio, and horn are great but the seatbelt is a little awkward in that it seems to fall down due to the shaking. Overall my son loves his Jeep and it matches with Grandpas Jeep so it makes it that much better to him. The service from BCP was great, processed my order and had the Jeep to me in less than 3 days.
I was super impressed with the quality of this product when I got it. It has functionality with the headlight, the stereo works with my phone or other device. Sturdy product.
The 12 volt is a lot nicer than the other 6 volts I've seen with going over grass and bumps and such. But this thing DOES NOT like hills - always stalls about half way up the hill we live on.
