Product was all scratched up and stickers peeling off... The remote will lose connection with the Jeep and take a minute to reconnect. Once it happened while driving and the Jeep wouldn’t shut off until I pressed the power button.

The set up was so complicated, even with the manual. Our car stereo hasn’t worked since the first day. I called and was told I’d be on hold for 5 mins and it ended up passing 30 so I hung up. I asked for a call back and they did but just to put me on hold again! The horn isn’t working either. Other than that, the car is totally cute.

There was a little assembly required but nothing to difficult as long as you can follow instructions. Ordered this for our 10 month old granddaughter because of the remote since she isn't walking yet. The 2.5mph is just the right speed for a little one. Headlights and radio are a nice addition. If there are any negatives it would have to be the instructions, there could be more detail on charging, programming the radio an the operation in general.

Do not waste your money

We have bought two 12 volt battery powered ride on trucks and neither one worked but a couple of times. They sent me a new battery and it worked a couple more times then would only work in reverse. We have 6 grandchildren and we’ve purchased fisher price power wheels, which after 3 and 4 years are still running great.
