Do not waste your money

We have bought two 12 volt battery powered ride on trucks and neither one worked but a couple of times. They sent me a new battery and it worked a couple more times then would only work in reverse. We have 6 grandchildren and we’ve purchased fisher price power wheels, which after 3 and 4 years are still running great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Was Missing axel part when we went to put together. . Customer service says we Have to ship the whole jeep back to company instead of them shipping me an axel. Just getting refund and we already purchased new vehicle elsewhere!

Dangerous!! This Jeep flips over backwards without warning.

This Jeep has no acceleration control and is back-heavy. The combination of these things causes it to flip over backwards when attempting to go forwards after backing up. My daughter was driving and it literally flipped over! I am so glad I was quick enough to slip my hand under her head before it cracked on the ground. This product needs to be recalled immediately as it's only a matter of time before some poor child hits their head (or worse).

Bought this item for my son, when we initially received and put together/charged it would not turn on and work. We called customer service and they worked with us to ship this one back and they would send a new one. When the second one came in it worked perfectly. Our son loves this item and the parental remote feature is great for his age to make sure it's safe.
