It is very convenient to have a variety of types of cutting mats. I’ve used each type and they work as intended.
It was nice to get so many at a low price with the sale. I’m new to using my Cricut, and I’m having a blast making cards for friends and iron-ons for me- they come out so nicely, I’ve had friends ask me if they could “commission” a tank with custom text! It’s fin and easy, so I’m happy to make them for free for my friends.
One tip: if you have long hair (or shed profusely as I apparently do), tie it back before removing the protective film, it will save you from having to weed your hair off the mat. The mat does not pull out my hair. My hair is simply sentient and leaps onto everything I don’t want hair in/on.
