[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This skillet is huge I can fit a whole pack of chicken breasts in it at once!!!! It cooks evenly and the whole pan heats up evenly and not just in spots which is really amazing. I have started using this thing more than my stove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This electric skillet is light weight, it's convenient to carry around to use for different occasions. The handles need to be assembled before use. There's a dial for setting the exact temperature you need. It's great for cooking and for keeping the food warm. I use it to cook seafood (shrimp, scallops, etc) and I find the food came out more tender and juicy than using a regular frying pan. This skillet is one-piece, so it cannot be submerged in water for washing or let liquid enter the electrical parts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good quality skillet. It is very large and works extremely well. It cooks my food to perfection almost just like a grill. It saves space and doesn't require me to be outside to cook, which is a great bonus!

great for dinnertime

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this skillet. It is a perfect size for our family, consisting of two adults and 2 toddlers. We have used it for meat and fish, and had no problems. It is a good alternative when we don't feel like putting on the oven, or firing up the Blackstone outside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving my digital skillet. I like to use it make "stove top" one pot casseroles. It heats up quickly and heats evenly all over the skillet. It cleans up easily as well. This is great when I don't want to use the stove or if for some reason the stove isn't available to use.
