This product was not for me. The frame is not the problem. The frame was fine. The finish was fine but the cushion was definitely hard as concrete and putting myself in my friend's position. They were not going to be happy and people are not going to want to sit in my counter space. The company was great though, they send me a return label right away and never charged me for anything. I would buy from them again with no worries.

Your feedback means the world to us! We strive to provide the best experience for our customers.
Beautiful stools of good quality. They look gorgeous at the kitchen counter. I ordered 4 stools and 2 of them wobble a little because they are uneven on the floor. Not a huge issue though
These are high quality for price. We had a problem with one of two, and they sent a replacement asap, which was perfect. Well made, exactly what I needed.
The stools look absolutely lovely. Just as they appear in the photo. They are not super easy to put together and so not five stars. You really do need a second person to hold the pieces together so the screws will bite into the wood. I also found it necessary to tie some together to allow the wood glue to dry. Honestly a vise or clamp would have been helpful.

Hey Becky! Thank you for appreciating the look of the stools and for your feedback regarding the assembly process. We'll make sure to take note of these details and work to improve the assembly instructions for a more streamlined experience. I will have my customer service team reach out to see if there was something else we can do to support you here. Thanks again for the feedback.
The first thing to do is put the glue they provide in the trash, now go to your local hardware store and purchase the good glue, but you're not done at the hardware store because you also need loctite (I like blue for this job) and 2 cargo ratchet straps.8 Now follow the instructions, Everytime you insert a bolt put a little thread loctite on it. Every time wood comes into contact with another piece of wood please put the wood glue from the hardware store on it, don't be cheap about it put enough glue on that it squeezes out of the joint. After you have it assembled take the first cargo strap and use it as a clamp around all 4 legs at the top of the leg and tighten it down but make sure that the strap hooks don't lay on the wood, and that goes for the ratchet as well if you can't slide the strap over so there is no contact double up some cardboard and put under any areas that may want to leave a mark, This is all to protect the metal from maring up the wood. Take the 2nd strap and connect both ends to them selves and tighten at the horizontal braces. Now finish anything that is left from the instructions let set for 24hrs and you should be good. How did I know this because my wife purchased a set and also the one in a hurry for me to put together. I knew better but I'm married so you guys understand. I put the chairs together as per instructions. They lasted a few wks with mild usage before they became wobbly and very wobbly. So I decide to do it correctly this time so I went to the hardware store ¸
