Ordered 3. Two of the counter stools had one screw each where the holes were drilled too much and the screw wouldn't hold. It kept turning. Had to use my own larger screw. On one stool, the bolt wouldn't go into the nut that is inserted into the seat. I had to back out the nut, reverse it, reinsert and then the bolt went in easy. I think they installed the nut backwards.

Stools came and I was a little disappointed that the all white version was a little more like off-white. The installation should have been easy, however the screws provide were completely useless ( cheap, cheap cheap and too short and too skinny). I had to back them all out (after applying the glue) and that was a real pain. I replaced them with high quality wood screws that were a bit thicker and a quarter of an inch longer. These screws actually drew the braces and legs together. I assembled the second stool with my own screws from the get-go and everything went quite smoothly. Once assembled, the stools seem pretty solid and relatively comfortable, but we shall see how they hold up.

Quality stool. Easy to put together. Color was not what we expected. Seat is too yellow and bottom is tan. We are returning them only because of the color.

Great looking stool, easy to put together. The reason I gave it a four is because the fabric color was too yellow and not a soft white

I love my stool♥️ The workmanship is exceptional. I’m very pleased with it even my husband made a comment about it and he’s a contractor. I got the cream color to go with my white bathroom and it’s beautiful.♥️I can sit and blow dry my hair!
