Easy to use, easy to recycle used cartridge (I take it to London Drugs), quality print, no mess. Product can be stored for a long period of time (just give it a good shake if its been sitting for a long time or when it may seem to be running low. I think a b/w LaserJet is better value than any inkjet printer and produces a better quality print. Remember to purchase the quality of paper recommended for the printer (cheap paper is too dusty) ...it'd be like putting regular gas in a car that requires premium grade ...sure, the machine will still work, but quite likely it won't last as long without having to perform some kind of maintenance, and the quality of ink will only appear as good as the quality of paper used.
Despite it being just a few months since I purchased this cartridge and that during that time I printed only once a week and usually 40-50 pages with the exception of 2 occasions when it was close to a 100, the cartridge needs to be replaced. I removed it twice and shook it up while printing 60 sheets. Had to throw out a few runs. I had been buying cheaper cartridges but decided to spend more on an HP Cartridge. I feel like I’ve been had and will return to the cheaper ones. We had to replace an old HP workhorse we had had for 20 years. This printer is ok, we didn’t spend much on it but the cartridge is a real disappointment.
