So far, this watch has been great. the battery lasts around 10 days as advertised and it works a whole lot better than the Fitbits that I have had in the past.
I bought this to replace my old Fitbit. I went through 3 Fitbits in 3 years when the battery stopped charging. I have had this Moto watch for a week now and so far I am very happy with it.
A year ago my hubby purchased a Samsung watch which worked well but kept it's charge for only one day if I did not use any of the applications. Last week the battery decided to quit on me so instead of paying a fortune I opted for this Motorola watch. The look is nicer than my Samsung and what to say about the battery life. It keep it's charge for 9-10 days as mentioned in the specs and is very user friendly. I highly recomment.
The watch works well paired to my phone but sometimes it gets disconnected from certain features for no apparent reason... Being able to make phone calls with the watch works great and the sound from the watch is decent enough, but sometimes when you add contacts to sync with the watch it says calling failed so it happens at random!? Overall a good entry smart watch but not the best and could have had more features in it
Pixel phones (8 and 9 Pro) do not send notifications to this watch (can't allow Notifications read, reply and control in settings). I have tested it also with older 2022 Motorola Stylus 5G and no issues there...
The watch is ok. It feels very cheaply made. The operating system is ok, however, it doesn't link very well with Android when you are using Health Connect to merge several health platforms data together. If you're using it as a standalone product, I imagine it would work well, but I had to return it due to It's lack of ability to merge data into Google health connect.
