I am very disappointed with this computer I purchased from you. I was under the impression that HP carried good products but it does not seem that this is the case. Since my purchase I have tried a number of times to join the community of Second Life to meet with friends I have on that site and the computer repeatedly refuses to allow me to move around or do many other things that are required to enjoy my time there. I can only say this I shall think twice next time before I purchase another product from you. I am sorry that this is the case in this instance but it is what it is. Thank you for at least requesting a feed back from me.
