instructions were missing, but more importantly NO description of ports nor anything more than what was in the ad I replied to.. The keyboard is JUNK, I hope the computer is half as good as my 11 year old (& still working) Pavilion. I am hoping to find documents for this
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello there,
I'm sorry to hear that you've had a disappointing experience thus far. We appreciate your loyalty to the HP brand over the last several years and can assure you that we always aim to make our customers happy with our products. That said, I have some suggestions which I believe will provide some solutions for you.
Regarding instructions, you can find a manual for your computer by entering the serial number, product number or product name at this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en
I'm not sure exactly what issues you may be experiencing with your keyboard, but I'd suggest perusing this link for troubleshooting help: https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/diagnostics?category=computing&issue=keyboard-trackpad-touchpad-issues
If this doesn't seem to work, I hope you'll reach out to us for direct support. We're always here and more than happy to help get your computer running optimally. You can get in touch with us via your preferred method at this link: hp.com/contactHP
I will also mention that HP products have a warranty from their purchase date, so you might make use of it if you need to. To verify the warranty, look for an icon on our support site labelled “Check Warranty Status.”
Seems to be working well except every now & then i hear a faint high pitched noise which eventually stops. Hope it can be resolved & warranty will cover if its determined faulty. Thank you.
This model is humming louder than my old pc which was only the fan, windows 11 is not easy to find program files, drivers, system file has left column lettering much smaller than selected file as is all windows on PC.
Specs page doesn't provide enough information. The case is a mini, so there isn't room for any real expansion as with an ATX sized PC. You can't fit additional hard drives and the power supply is also small, so you can't replace it with a common ATX size.
