I have had a hard time setting up my 4th HP. I must have made mistakes, I am blocked from OneDrive and can't get my pictures transferred from my last HP which became obsolete forcing this purchase. I keep thinking when I get unblocked, things will work out, but, today, there was effort in that direction that once again failed. I can get on Facebook and AOL but can't do much more. I like to work with my photos. Still hoping it will work out.
Setup was difficult due to the intrusive Microsoft 11 bloatware. Spent most of the time turning off unnecessary gimmicks. Windows 11 is the ultimate in deconstructing what worked well in Windows 7. The "Cloud" is obstructing, and the icons are minimalist and boring.
I have used HP computers and printers for years and I have always been satisfied with the quality and service. I would not even consider buying any other brand.
Disappointing. Previous HP computers were better made. This one wobbles on a flat, even surface. Also, the DVD drive is very flimsy, does not eject fully, and has no lights to let you know it is working, though it looks like there should be a light. The front of the unit does not have any lights other than the power button. It has crashed twice in the first three weeks I have used it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
