I've been using this HP PC for a few months now and I'm very happy with it: super fast processing speed, even when using my studio recording software with many sound layers - something my old computer struggled with. Several USB ports on the front, which I find really useful, and more on the back, so easy to set up with other equipment.
I was looking for a replacement for my existing HP Pavilion Desktop, and this one fit the bill nicely. The OmniDesk Desktop offered 2TB of storage which is essential for me. The initial boot-up guides you through connecting to your Wi-Fi, followed by the download of any essential windows updates. By the time it's fully booted, and updated, you're ready to go...
This is an incredible PC. It looks good, and it's fast. Some things could be improved though: No USB 3 on the back 1 graphics card port 1 PCiE expansion port
So it's great, but not very expandable, fortunately I'm not a gamer, but a USB 3 on the back would be better for my set up.
This is my office PC. I use this PC for photo editing, financial spreadsheets and general surfing. One thing I would say, is that it was very easy to set up straight from the box. However, I didn't know it was going to be so easy before I started. Setup instructions can be a little cryptic and it would be helpful to know what to expect.
Set up was easy. Virtually plug everything in and switch on. Boot up and app/file loading times are super quick, a massive improvement on my previous desktop. Also, slightly higher resolution on my (same) monitor. All in all, a pleasure to use.
Product not too bad, but awful, and incorrect ,setup instructions. Poor manual.

Adequate computer. Output sockets blanked off but no explanation that the sockets not installed. Setup instructions not updated, conversion cable not included for screen. Had to break blanking on back-plate to find out that sockets were missing and then buy a cable before I could read the manual. Manual too general, should be for specific model and variant with single specific website included in box. USB socket needed on back. Instructions needed on purchase and fitting of expansion units. My fourth HP computer. There will not be a fifth.
It is always strange writing a review when you have not even finished the configuration! My first job was to replace Windows with Linux, that was painless, and then set up all my development environments. No issues so far with the machine. Does everything I expected of it!!
