A lot of things need to work to get the computer to show a spark of life. Why won't the mouse work? No binding instructions. Using my wired mouse and keyboard, discovered that there is a special comms device hidden conveniently inside the mouse. Well hidden. Plug the comms device into the USB port on the computer and there is life. All good but frustrating for ... too long. Otherwise very nice. It would be very helpful to describe how one could add additional SSD memory to use as a backup. The SSD data port is on the motherboard but no guidance for obtaining power,. People want to do this.

So far so good; living up to expectations. Fast, plenty of memory and storage. Windows 11 seems pretty streamlined. Over the years, I've had several HPs...like them better than other brands I've had.

The set up of the Omnidesk desktop tower was easily completed. During set up, the system also connected to WiFi and other devices (printer) with no problem. Everything worked out well without having to troubleshoot problems. The new working system is different from what I was used to (Microsoft) and general system access. Having some difficulty finding areas that are not greyed out to make adjustments (brightness of monitor). Overall, very happy with purchase and being able to have Windows 11.
