The product is excellent but the set-up was a frustrating figure-it-put-on-your-own experience. Thanks to Google, I did finally succeed. The face recognition system could use a lot of work since it only functions once it four or five sign-ins.

I ordered this all-in-one computer and received it within a week. Easy setup right out of the box and all my data transferred easily through my Microsoft account. The new features are amazing, and I am highly satisfied so far with this system.

I did not want a new computer but Microsoft forced me to buy one as they would no longer support my 2015 model which worked perfectly. This one is very fast. Screen is nice & clear. Mouse is comfortable. Keyboard has a nice soft touch, a far cry from the old typewriters in the 1960s/1970s.
