This is a nicely built product. However, to make it even nicer, an expansion slot should be added for insertion of CDSs', & a stronger frame would be nice to fit over the monitor, itself.
This is an upgrade from an old Windows 10 all-in-one. Every worry turned out to be false. It has a CAT network cable plug, which wasn't obvious from the description. The transition from the old PC was fairly painless. My old "home and student" Microsoft Office ownership was recognized after signing in; I needn't have bought any software. As expected, the electronic storage eliminated the slooow behavior of the old hard drive.
So far so good. I have only had this set up for a few weeks. As of now I am very satisfied with the setup and usage. I am definitely not a constant computer user however, when I need it I need it. Time will certainly tell if this positive attitude will continue.
So far, love the computer, although still learning about windows 11. With such expensive computer, HP should also include the detailed instructional manual rather than have new owner go on line all the time or print a copy.
The product is excellent but the set-up was a frustrating figure-it-put-on-your-own experience. Thanks to Google, I did finally succeed. The face recognition system could use a lot of work since it only functions once it four or five sign-ins.
This was the second Computer I received, and it was received in working order. Unfortunately, the first one I received did not even work out of the box, but gave me a beeping Signal only, and therefore had to be returned. This one did work correctly, and I set it up and I am satisfied with it. The computer that I did order was a customized Computer and was built in another country.
