Small but good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This camera is small but definitely gets the job done. I feel safe having it in case there is ever an accident because I’ll have documentation. Videos are saved Oman ss cards and easily transfers to your computer.

Easy and Basic Setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setup of this dash cam was extremely easy and user friendly. The small and discreet size is great and barely noticeable in my car. I've been using this as a dash cam for several weeks now. Unfortunately, when I check the videos, 60%-80% of them have an error message and won't allow me to view them. The other 40%-20% record fine, so I don't know what the issue is. The error videos are mixed in with the ones that work fine and are always from the same time sequence. Also, each time I set the current date and time per the instructions, it resets to the default upon next use. Instructions are clear and simple, but it doesn't seem to be working. Lastly, it's difficult to tell if the camera is pointed at the desired area due to there being no screen on it, so you'll have to adjust after watching the videos on your computer each time. Setup was great and simple. Video quality seems as expected and the camera span is great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had a dash cam before, so I was excited to receive this one. I was also excited that it didn't come packaged in that weird hard plastic that's almost impossible to open. This arrived in a regular box; I just had to break the seal and it was ready to go. It's small, but the design fits perfectly with a small car. I was impressed that it includes a built-in LED light that allows perfect recording even in the dark. There's a microphone, so it does catch some sound. The only negative is that it does appear to be somewhat fragile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must say I wasn't too sure about the ONN-CCC9043 Mini Action Camera With Video Recorder when I first got it. It is so tiny! I couldn't see how a camera that small could do anything with any quality. I have been involved with video work for many years and have watched camera size shrink as technology grows. This tiny little thing seemed crazy, though. Even crazier--it does a great job! The size makes it so versatile. We have used it in many settings using a bigger, hand-held camera just won't work. We are now able to get a lot more on-person action type footage we never had before. It is small enough to attach to many things without being intrusive. It does great with picture quality. Of course this is not going to produce Hollywood cinema quality but for what it is it does quite nicely. I really like the motion activation. I don't always have a free hand to start the recording. Now with just a gesture it will start and I can stay focused on what I am doing. My husband likes to use it to capture footage of his hunting adventures. The tiny size makes it easy to mount in many places for different situations. It's kind of fun to get that first-person viewpoint. The motion activation allows him to worry about his hunt rather than messing with the camera. I really like this little thing. It is a great addition to our other camera group.

Great little dash cam!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the price, this is a great little dash cam. If you leave it plugged in to your car it automatically turns on when you turn on your car. If you would rather not have it plugged in and only charge it when needed, you only have to press one button for recording to begin. The camera detaches from the base plate and is so small it can easily be attached to any other object to make an action camera. My husband races RC cars, so he likes to attach the camera to the top of his RC car during races. It comes with an 8 gigabyte flash card which can hold about a day's worth of video. The picture quality is pretty good but does get a little grainy at times. Overall I'm very satisfied with this dash cam and have recommended it to many friends.

Small and mighty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to get a dash cam to have just in case something bad were to happen so that I could have the camera to get proof if I need it. It’s really nice because it’s incredibly small, so it doesn’t affect my vision or distract me in its own. However, it’s frustrating because I already have something to hold my phone, so I have a lot of accessories on my dash. Overall worth it and really think everyone should have one

So much fun

My children are attaching it to hats, helmets and toys to capture short videos of their daily experiences during the stay at home order currently. It is working great! We will treasure these fun memories. The videos are clear and the sound is great.
