Need better options

Why do they make these printers where to if one color runs out and you are only using black ink only it will not work. These printers need to be revised to allow you to use black only if you choose to use color than you buy color ink. Whomever created these printers is not very friendly. Seems like the ink runs out faster than you use the printer

Try another printer brand

Printer ink shows about 1/3 left but is telling me its too low and won't let me print till I change it. I had some ink thank goodness, but it sure didn't last long. Now its showing out of stock and I need more. This is awful! USA in 2025 and I can't get my printer ink through Brother!!!! Can't reorder today....disappointed.

We understand your Brother LC4014PKS cartridges did not last long. We'd like to help. The stated page yields for genuine Brother cartridges are based on the ISO testing standards. The number of pages that can be printed with a cartridge is affected by several factors, including paper size, number of pages per print job, amount of print on each page, font size, and print content (graphics, charts, etc.). Print jobs with large text fonts, graphics, charts, and/or large amount of solid coverage (black or any given color) will use much more ink and will shorten the life of the ink cartridge. Great co.ors, easy replace

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a decent ink cartridge as far as they go. I've tried many and won't likely try a refill type again, this was very easy to replace each color's cartridge, most were no mess, but the magenta I ended up with some on my fingers from the one I was removing. The cartridges print out well, no mess or mistakes on the paper, colors are vibrant and look good.

Best ink ever #1 Brother fan for life !!!

Just pull out with the old and snap in the new. The value of this product is over the top with your pay. The print quality is the best ever. I am officially a brother fan for life. This is a number #1 product.

easy to install, good color payoff
