Broken upon arrival

I'm giving this a couple of stars because the piano itself wasn't terrible, but it was broken upon arrival. The company was super easy to deal with, and they resolved the issue quickly.
The piano still functioned at first, but several of the keys were lifted up because their little anchors had broken off. The plastic housing was also broken, so I wouldn't recommend this for a young child who is rough on things. The sound was okay, along with the semi-weighted keys, and the voice options were okay. I wouldn't say it was bad for a starter keyboard, but it is, by no means, a great quality item. There is a port for a sustain pedal, but it did not come with one. It comes with a small microphone, but I don't know that it would be useful to anyone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
