This review is a bit premature but submitted to get 90-day extension to warranty. I've owned ASUS products for years and have always been pleased. This new laptop has so far functioned perfectly and hits a sweet spot of features for me. I am more of a software developer than a gamer but this laptop's features are great for that, too. The price during Walmart's October sales days was astonishingly low. I just won't pay full price for a laptop when deals like these abound.

Gaming Laptop for educational purpose

I purchased this laptop after much searching and spec checking to get the most for my money and with this I got a bit of all and then the bonus of an additional 90 days added to my warranty makes this an even better deal. I have yet to figure out the accidental coverage for 1 year they offered up free as well but still learning all the fun stuff with this very versatile pc. I have really enjoyed the features this has vs. my MSI gaming setup which may be switched to this one now. Very pleased overall even without the add-ons Asus offers after purchase which is nice surprise to get. Thank you again Asus it has been many years since purchasing my multiple motherboards for PC's I had built for my family and myself and I still have one tower left that is completely functioning beautifully after 15+ yrs now, love your products and advancements you've made and still staying cost effective for consumer purchases at great price points.

Great laptop, extremely quiet ,and solidly built

Very nice bang for the buck gaming laptop. I owed for 2 weeks and even tho i havent played games yet, my son will have no problems playing. It is quiet and cool with a beautiful 1900x1200 screen with black blacks , no glare and beautiful color. Sound is above average, upgrades are easy for ram and nvme drives ,1 open slot for each. I would have given 5 out of 5 but the lighted keyboard blinks when the screen goes blank or in sleep mode and i have not seen any way to change this either in windows lighting or asus crate.

I bought this laptop few days ago. It’s a good laptop that offers strong performance at a reasonable price. Built sturdy, stays cool and quiet and has good graphics.
