Face Cut is Wrong

My uncle bought this for me about 1-2 years ago. I received it with the face of the watch not cut properly, so it’s off centered and cannot be adjusted. It’s a nice looking watch but very disappointing that this is my first product from Fossil and it came like that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
