The good things first:- Fast, user friendly and great visuals.
The bad things:- There are things that I cannot do easily or intuitively like magnifying the screen in one single motion or there about, some other random shortcuts which make my life easier etc.
Otherwise, it remains a great laptop and after all I got on a discount, so I shouldn't be....whingeing much!

The size is fine and the screen is fine, but there have been too many issues for what is a middle tier and NOT basic specification. Keys have been sticking within first few months (not good), I have found the use of the internet far slower than an older/cheaper lenovo with a supposed inferior chip/design - tried all the tricks available to speed things up. Finally, have had constant problems with printing to a HP printer again been trying everything. I am not sure I would come back to this brand - sorry.
