I bought the Total Gym last September. What a Difference. I did not want to go to my local
gym where everyone else is using the equipment. Wanted to do it on my own schedule.
There is no turning back. Feel better. Eating healthier. If your honest with yourself and ready to go the distance and stay healthy it will be a invaluable investment. If your not ready to go the distance, save your money.
