I bought the total Gym fit about a month ago. It has been well worth the purchase. I am able to cross train by easily transitioning to different positions to work on different muscle groups. I love this equipment as I no longer need to use my HOA gym which is often crowded at the times I want to go or I would have to shell out $$$ for a monthly gym membership. Furthermore, after working out in gyms for many years it is very nice and convenient for me to able to work out when I want in the comfort of my home.

69 and have started slow and low until I perfect the exercises Now I've increase reps and height. Use 7 days week working on different body areas. Builds strength and endurance. Feel like I'm done a day of farm work. and wife is using it 3 days week also.

This has been a great addition to our family. Our son is autistic and we find it hard to get him to work out at all. We have placed this in this in the family room were he has become more willing to use it. As anything one day at time and we only start with 1 to 2 min. This will give us the oppuritinty to family train and have him more willing to try new things . Thank you.
