I owned a total gym 1000, because of a move I needed to replace it. The Fit is perfect, wider roll bed, generous comfortable attachments, but most of all the resistance levels are more accommodating to an aging handicapped individual. This is the gentle way of building a healthy body

Probably one of the best , if not the best single piece of gym equipment I’ve ever owned. Toned back in two weeks and lost twelve pounds in that time. Easy on my shoulder and in general very low impact on joints due the fluidity and ease of motions during excercises. My dad was mr Arizona 1954 and mr southwest so I’ve been brought up in a very athletic environment and household and have had every piece of equipment out there at one time or another.
