This is one of the best things that has ever happened to me .. I absolutely love it to the point I would be a spokesperson for Total Fit. I love it. It is better than gym equipment because u pull against your own body weight;which allows you to tighten up faster and you feel and see your results right away. Thank you so much Total Gym And Chuck Norris. This is was a great start to my year. Only thing I have to figure out ,is, what I’m going to do when I start back traveling. Which I could shrink it into my suitcase.

I've had the total gym fit for two weeks and have increased my strength and improved my function in my shoulder and hips. I previously had injuries to my shoulder and hips and needed an exercise routine that was smooth and prevents me from reinjuring myself. This is exactly what I needed. I've already began to trim up my waist and have noticeably beefed up my arms shoulders and legs. For the first time I am working out my back without worrying about pulling muscles or being stiff and sore after my workouts. At work where I manually labor my tasks that involve lifting or climbing in and out of trucks and trailers has become nearly painless and without significant effort. Thank you for crafting this gym so well. It has all the attachments that I need to change up my workout. I can target any part of my body that I want. So far I simply use the suggested cards to achieve a complete circuit.

Couple months in, I'd say I'm pretty impressed with the total gym. Use to hit the gym for years, free weights, machines, treadmills and now work makes it almost impossible. Know I have hope thinks to my total gym. This machine is great, why, I'll tell you exactly why. As I am writing this review I'm feeling soreness in my abs, chest, back, arms and yes my legs! You all know soreness in the muscles means your getting in shape! Total gym is a total workout like it says, a gym has advantages but you gotta get there and pay. I can't ever get there, my body has been falling apart and know I can do something about it. This thing gets it done and folds away nicely!

2 years ago I started a new job and had no time for the gym and I was going 3-4 days a week. We invested in the total gym and I have done the womans 6-8 minute workout for a week and it's amazing the energy level I have and my clothes are already fitting better!

Was skeptical about trying a TG Fit and now am regretting waiting so long.
Surprised how much I love this machine and even more surprised how much my wife enjoys it. Except for some of the easy-to-assemble accessories, the machine comes fully assembled, have no idea how one could have a problem in that regard; up and exercising in no time. Quality build, fit and finish. Amazed at the functionality; can perform many exercises on this machine more safely and confidently than we could do at a gym. Smooth, quiet action; video instructions are great! Donating my old weight bench to charity.
