It's very heavy & difficult for 1 person to adjust

I bought this to strengthen my back, is helping but is very heavy and a strain on my back to adjust the height of the machine. Also difficult for one person to fold and put away.

I LOVE the FIT, after months of research, price/feature comparisons, etc. I'm glad I pulled the trigger on this one. - 3 weeks in and my WHOLE body is sore - but I love it! I immediately bought the upper body wing attachments, dip bars, upgraded handles, golf core grip, extra leg pulleys, weight bar. It came with the awesome Ab-Crunch. I bought 60lbs of free weight -which I haven't added on yet. I made a head wrap out of 2 ankle cuffs and some soft rubber padding & attached to a core-grip band, awesome neck exercises! I've been spending ALOT of time on the gym and see improvements already in my arms & abs. My goal is to get leaner, core toned, & overall stronger - not bulky! I love the Total Gym because you can get effective, enjoyable workouts in as little as 5 minutes or switch around attachments and levels and spend hours working all parts of your body -- this is great and done on ONE machine! I'll post more reviews & photos after I've spent a few months on it - but don't hesitate to get this awesomeness now and start treating your body righteously.

I bought this a month ago and am loving it, my husband and I are actually using it!
The only complaint I have is it difficult to raise up and down since my lower body is so much stronger than my upper body I move it around, but am learning to block my upper body exercises and my lower body exercises.
The card holder is very easy to knock off when raising and lowering the gym sending cards everywhere.
Over all love the total fitness gym the best compliment was when working out my daughter said mom I can see your abdominal lines!
