I owned a total gym in the past and wanted another I purchased the total gym fit about a month ago It was easy to set up I have bad hips and poor range of motion I have to be careful using it but it has made a huge difference in my mobility and have lost some inches as well

I've had the Total Gym FIT for about a month now and it's so easy to set up and fun to work out on. I'm 41 years old and I don't use free weights anymore. This machine allows me to get a good, total body workout in about 40 min. Love it!!

The machine is easy to setup and is a solid, well made piece of exercise equipment.
I actually look forward to using it every other day!

The 1st one got me to the gym & was good for abs & stretching still & it was good for taking the soreness from the workout I got at the gym. This one is going to be better for I need no spotter plus don't have time to go to gym. I'm now 55 & looking foward to my new total gym fit equipment. Just in 2 weeks I can already feel a difference. I chose this one because u can add weights to the machine. Thank u total gym for a fine pc of equipment! Being a truck driver demands a lot of time but the good thing is the total gym don't. I've had the total gym for 6 months and it's a great low impact workout. The ability to increase the incline is a great feature that allows progressive resistance.
