Excellent way to rehab after injury, or just to get in shape and stay fit. Also I have been able to add considerable muscle. I'm 58 years old and people tell me I look in great shape. I have had several surgeries, have osteo arthritis and a few other things. But the total gym keeps me moving. Love it!!

I had been taking kickboxing/ resistance band training classes for 5 years. As a woman in my late 50's some of the exercises were causing me chronic neck pain. Plus, the time spent driving to and from class took about 45 minutes. I contemplated the Total Gym for a couple of months - I wad sold when my chiropractor told me her husband had used the Total Gym for 20 years!
I'm only in my second week of the 3 week challenge video but I can tell you it's as challenging as my previous workout but not the hard impact and pain! So far I'm happy to have made the purchase and am looking forward to more workouts after the 3 week challenge!

Can't say enough about this product. Easy to use, sturdy and smooth operation. Have been doing sets with weights for years and bored to death with it. This is the first time I look forward to working out; seriously. . . it's fun! Love the color cards with tips. Everything is simple. Changing inclination as well as using different attachments is really easy. After just the second use, I had it all down. Have been watching the infomercials for years now and it has always piqued my interest. Wished I had committed to this a long time ago. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with this machine. It's awesome. The fact that they let you make payments without interest is an added bonus.

I bought the Total Gym Fit 8/20/17 (exactly one month ago today) and am wondering what took me so long. Best thing I've done for myself in a very long time. Interestingly, I've had some projects that I have allowed to interfere with me using the gym--time stealers. Because it's been a long time since I've exercised, I started the Beginner Express program Monday, 9/18/17 and am really enjoying the Total Gym--feeling the burn already. I'm excitedly looking forward to completing the Total Gym Challenge before the end of 2017 and reducing my weight by at least 20 pounds!

Very pleased with my purchase, i had many gym memberships in the past, but after a few weeks, i would always give up, due to lack of time & too many people in the gym. Now i can work out when ever i want, and don't have to wait for anyone to use the eqiuipment i need. Gym Fit arrived in perfect condition, UPS man wasn't too happy lol. But it was very easy to set up & get started, it's made out of good material, that will last for years.

I have owned the Total Gym Fit for 4 months and I have been happy so far. It is a good platform for someone wanting to lose weight and improve their overall fitness. It is not a muscle builder. It does not replace free weights, but is a very good solution for the majority of people who are just looking for a way to improve their overall fitness. It is a pain to take it down and fold it back up for storage. I have established a dedicated fitness room, to eliminate the problem. I can’t imagine having to take it up and down several times a week. The unit offers a huge number of exercises, allowing you to keep your workouts fresh. I am 66 years old, and I realize that my health is up to me. I use the Total Gym 3-4 days a week and have lost 30 pounds in 4 months. The weight lose was because of a change in diet, (more raw foods) walking on a treadmill every day, using the Total Gym, and eliminating diet drinks and bread. The purchase of the Total Gym started my weight lose. It required a substantial commitment of money and time, but at the end of the day, it was worth it to me. I purchased the Total Gym Fit. I am happy with it, but I do think there are less expensive options in the Total Gym line that provide similar performance at a much reduced overall cost.
