I've enjoyed my TotalGym so far. It's a fairly easy workout and I already feel and see some results in 3 weeks' time. I can't say that the newer and pricier Fit is a better machine and worth the extra money, but I'm satisfied with my purchase and actually look forward to my workouts.

I purchased the total gym a few weeks ago. The best part of the system is that you build your own workout. I am an active 50 year old woman, but I never have enough time for exercise. The 6-8 minute women's workout is prefect for me. I have a few problems with my hips. I used the foam roll exercise for my hip pain, getting down on the floor, rolling on the foam pad, I never wanted to do that. With the total gym, I was able to do the same exercise in minutes. After 3 weeks of every other day I have less pain and more flexibility.
