I bought the total gym so I could get in better shape in my own home without having to comb my hair and getting cleaned to go to the gym.
I am 69 years old and recently lost my husband. When I start feeling down I start working out on the total gym. Not only does this raise my spirits but my back fat is going away.

It's only been a short time using the Total Gym Fit and I really like it. It's easy to use and is small enough that even without folding it up every day it doesn't get in the way. I really like the deck cards. I can go at my own speed without dealing with the pause button. I would recommend it to my friends.

I am a runner and attend crossfit classes. Needed something at home because getting to the gym is an issue working full time. I bought this 6 weeks ago and love it! Over the last several years, I've been recovering from an illness and I was not able exercise except for maybe walking my dogs several times a week. So needless to say, I was very deconditioned . However, using the Total Gym Fit and following the 6 day, 6-8 minute protocol exercise DVD that came with it, has changed all that. I love the total body workout I get and I can physically handle it. I would definitely recommend the Total Gym Fit to anyone who is on the road to recovery . It won't disappoint.

I am 67 and was concerned it would be too much for me to handle. I set it up by myself with a lot of replaying of the startup video. I have used it an I am so excited to get strong and healthier. My other half has neuropathy so I need to be able to handle his walker and eventually his wheelchair in and out of the car. I love my total gym. This was a gift from me to me!
