I bought my Total Gym about 1 month ago, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I'm continuing to work on my eating choices, but just having my Gym at home and the convience. I work out probably 2 or 3 times a week at least 3 short bursts aday. I feel stronger and getting tighter. My friends say my complextion looks healthy, i feel healthy. It is so worth the money. I feel confident as i can work towards my goals at my pace; learning the proper way to do an exercise, I've got all the time i need, not like at a gym. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!

The arrived about a month ago. My only issue - I didn't receive an email saying it was shipped. My husband carried it in and had it set up before I got home so it turned out to be a nice surprise. I struggled for the first few times trying to open and close the FIT to store it. But after I read, and actually followed, the instructions that came with it I was fine. Tip: It is harder to set up and close on carpet, but I just think of it as part of my workout. It's not the FIT's fault, just that it drags on the carpet.
The workout is what I'd hoped it would be. The FIT is very smooth and quiet, and you can get into a ryhthm with the exercises which for me makes it almost meditative. You will get a good workout, especially with the 12 different levels you can use. I am in my late fifties and need to strenghten my upper body and core. This will definitely do it. The cards with the different exercises are very handy. There are so many exercises I don't see myself getting bored. Just remember--for it to work you have to use it!

i bout the total gym 3 weeks ago. the workouts are great in the DVDS that comes with it are great. I'm feeling better every day, and starting to look stronger and tighten up.also the ab crunch assembly really work you abs well) as well as the legs ,pull-ups and shoulder assembly .why get sick in a gym when every thing you want is right at home for you to use at anytime. I'm sure in a short time ill be adding the weight bar and I'm 66 years young. thank you total gym, well worth the money.

I purchased the "FIT" version because i'm 285 lbs and it seemed more sturdy than some of the lighter weight models. It is. It doesn't move anywhere when i'm on it, its smooth and i rarely have to change positions to work different muscles. If u diet and walk in conjunction with the total gym there is no reason to not get in better shape AND DROP WEIGHT!. I love it!
