I bought this a couple of weeks ago, and I am giving up my gym membership, that I haven't used in a while. I don't like going to the gym, hence, why I bought the total gym, and I will never go to the gym again!!! I simply love this piece of equipment and I haven't even gotten all the attachments put on!!!!

I've been wanting to try the Total Gym for years now. I've always heard only positive things about it, so I finally decided to try it....Well, I've only had my Total Gym for a month and love it! My husband and both use it. We tried it, love it, we're keeping it!! I highly recommend it.

I bought this product before Christmas. I have got acquainted with the different attachments and programs they have to offer along with it. I have never been more pleased. This is product has good quality. I have used all the attachments and they are easy to use. Easy set up and tear down. You can move from one exercise to another quite easy. I have been building muscle already in the short time I have been using it. I also like the fact it isn't hard on my joints and my body. I can work at my own pace and I am successful. I have turned my garage into the work out room/ rec area. Where my son and I work out together. I was really impressed with the child work out programs they had to offer. I think that is an amazing idea to promote working out as a family. I also found the customer service department friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. If you are thinking about this product I would say go for it. Try it out... You wont be disappointed.

I have always thought I was in pretty good shape but the total gym has made me realize I have a lot of work to do. After only using it a couple of times, I can see how I can get in fantastic condition over time. The DVDs are great to use as working out with a team makes it much easier to use and get motivated.
