I was skeptical about how easy the total gym and the ab crunch would be to set up and use. It was easier than I expected and has now become a regular part of each of our daily routines. We have a variety of fitness levels in our home and because it is so easy to use, we have each use and starting to see the results. I have never felt so great! Thank you total gym!

Got this 3 weeks ago.....have been gradually learning all the features and I am very excited to start a major routine and see the results. Just the small amount I have used it I can already see some results. Only wish it folded up a bit easier..definately need my husbands assistance.

The Total Gym FIT for me is the same as the Total Gym I had back in 1995. Great workout. Very efficient and easy to go from one exercise to another. Except the bench comes off line when I assemble and put it away after each workout. And it's as heavy as I remember it when it's time to haul it to the corner.
