I've only had this for about a month . After using this one time i was no longer intimidated. It's super easy and because it's not too strenuous but you can feel it working the muscles is perfect. Even if I'm not feeling up to it i know i can get on it for 20 min using the express video. Love the videos!

We bought this gym about a month ago. It was sooo easy to set up. I was using it within an hour of delivery. You can do a quick easy 15-20 min total body work out when time is short or an intense specific muscle group with out changing much.
