This is an upgrade over the Total Gym that I have had for about fifteen years. Hans down the single most effective home gym on the planet! Everything they say about it is true. At age 50, I just started getting back in shape again and lost 18 lbs. i about ten weeks using only the TG, (and making better food choices, of course). I am as strong and as fit as I was in my late twenties! Buy it and use it - period.

The TG Fit is one of the best things we have ever bought. It was easy to set up and since it has arrived, we have used it just about every day. The exercises are easy and fun. The DVDs are informative and the instructions are easy to follow. Working out at home is great. We love it.
