Its easy to use, I don't have to leave my home, works every muscle, easy to set up and put away. I hadn't worked out in a long time and it was easy to get right in to it. I'm 56 and I feel great after working out on the total gym.
Pros: Quiet, Easy To Set Up, Works Every Mucle, Sturdy, Easy To Use, Its fun to use, Comfortable, Strengthens, Easy Storage

I enjoy the new Total Gym...very easy to use anyone can do it no matter what kind of health issues you may have :)...works all parts of the body with one piece of equipment...everyone should try it...I am 46, my husband is 54, our children 20,24 and 26 use regularly ..also have inlaws who are in their 70s use ...I am sure when grandson gets old enough will have him using as well....

staying fit with bad a hiip

So far I really like it. I am in the military and need a total hip replace after I was injured. The low impact decrease the pain in my hip so I can work out again. Down fall it is very hard to fold up.
Pros: Easy To Use, Quiet, Comfortable, Sturdy, Strengthens
Cons: Hard To Close

This is one piece of equipment that I know will last for a very long time. I like how easy it is to use and how it works so many different muscles as you can feel that its working from the very 1st week of use. I should have bought this sooner, better late then never. There is no perfect peice of fitness equipment but this comes as close to perfect as you can get

Nice to have at home and not go out to exercise. Needs more space than you think in a bedroom. Gotta have "spread out" room to use. Once I get into a habit with it I think I will be feeling better about the amount of money paid versus what is shown on QVC.
