I use the Total Gym to supplement my HIIT and Weight workouts as well use exclusively. I keep my heart rate up and hit muscle groups differently which adds to my workout. Once you know how to change/add the features, it goes quickly. I am happy with the model I purchased. We had a gathering where I needed to move the Total Gym from where I have it set up and it was easy to move and store as well as set back up again.
