Having the gym only a few weeks I am still learning so much about it and using it in a variety of ways.. The main reason was to get to the ab crunches which it is set up for now and and following the flyer instructions and so far so good. Glad the machine came with the cards and the big fold out flyer with more instructions to do different routines. The set up was so easy and even on the outside of the box it came in and all went well. Will keep at it as I am getting older I need to keep the activities up and moving my body around.
